The holiday season is always stressful, add 2020 to the mix and you’ve got a recipe for stress eating, stress shopping, stress decorating… You get the idea. We used this truth as an opportunity to remind people that it’s okay to take a break. That sometimes, all you need is a little moment of escape with a scoop of Skippy Peanut Butter. Altogether this work won 3 Bronze at The Show MN 2021.

Knowing that many millennials would likely be spending the 2020 holiday season on their own, we decided to empathize with their plight by creating a holiday song all about it. Reminding listeners, once again, that no matter what holiday stressor they’re up against, they can always just go to their Skippy place.
SKIPPY ADVENT CALENDAR
We used Skippy Peanut Butter’s instagram channel to share a digital advent calendar, posting one new piece of holiday-themed content every day between December 1st and December 24th.
PINTEREST RECIPES
All that cookie-cutter perfection on Pinterest can be intimidating. We used that insight to create a series of holiday recipes that invite people looking for holiday recipes to stress less and make more of a mess.
