Me by Catherine Opie in 2002.
For some awful reason I've always liked advertising.
From a young age I'd ask my dad which commercials were good and which were bad. I also used to make my own magazines, complete with articles, editorial spreads, and yes, print ads. When I was 11 I was given a video camera for Christmas. I'd make commercials.
I'd like to think that, although I didn't go to portfolio school, the above paragraph explains why I've made it here in spite of that.
Besides writing, I enjoy eating carbs, painting with oils, watching reruns of The Office, and buying things I don't need on the internet. I also run a semi-successful dog blog and am a pretty good photographer.
